Founder & Industrial AI / Manufacturing Leader

Manufacturing and technology leader with more than 20 years of experience transforming complex industrial operations across automotive, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing environments.

His career spans engineering and leadership roles at organizations including DENSO, MAHLE, Tesla, Terran Orbital, and Mars, where he has led manufacturing engineering, operational excellence, automation, factory optimization, new product launches, and digital manufacturing initiatives.

His expertise combines traditional industrial engineering disciplines—including Lean, Six Sigma, automation, controls, robotics, capacity optimization, and manufacturing systems—with emerging Artificial Intelligence technologies. His current work focuses on applying AI, local language models, intelligent agents, industrial analytics, and digital factory architectures to improve how manufacturing organizations capture knowledge, make decisions, and execute engineering work.

José holds an MBA and a B.S. in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and is currently completing a Master's in Applied Artificial Intelligence at Tecnológico de Monterrey.

At BSKLab.ai, his focus is bridging the gap between manufacturing expertise and practical AI deployment, developing solutions designed for real industrial environments rather than technology demonstrations alone.
